I’m a Part 1 architectural graduate with 4 years’ on-site experience and a background in modular building engineering. I focus on well-detailed, buildable house extensions, combining clear design thinking with a strong grasp of Building Regulations, procurement and tendering, and stakeholder coordination. I regularly liaise with planning authorities and water companies (including build-over agreements) to keep approvals smooth and predictable.
