Wrap-Around (first ever Project)
Set at the end of a steep road in Waterlooville, this three-bedroom detached home sat on an oversized plot with major untapped potential.
We delivered a two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension, creating a spacious open-plan kitchen with full-width bifold doors opening onto the large garden.
The design was carefully detailed to match the original façade, using alternating brick and K-render to ensure the extension feels seamless and in keeping with the existing home.

L-Shaped Sheltered Circulation
This project was to help a client find somewhere for all their stuff that was easily accessible, they wanted an extension that improved they're daily life, house circulation.
"Make it inviting and private"
this project the customer asked me to create a space the dog could "chill" and was under cover, and away from our "nosey moaning neighbours" - yes he said I could write that!
A Quiet space
This client needed a covered garden area him and his friend could chill but still have site on the kids in the living room, a clear space open to opportunity.
